NHK SPRING interview questions

I interviewed for a position in their R&D department. It was a three stage process with an initial phone screening, and then two interviews with HR and the manager for the position being offered. The process was really straight forward and NHK was very open to answering questions about the company and the position itself. Most of the interviews were behavioral, but a few questions focused on the technical side of the position.

Fairly standard. Phone screening followed by Teams interview, then in-person interview. Very nice and friendly, asked if had experience talking with other OEM's and how I would handle certain situations as they would arise.
