Unpleasant place to work - Senior Researcher NIAB Employee Review

It used to be a nice place to work but employer doesn't appreciate the good will of staff and all the extra effort they make. For many years the annual pay award was below inflation. There is luck of transparency at the executive level and some poor decisions have been made the past few years. There is large staff turnover as salaries are not competitive. Staff moral is very low at the moment. Awful work life balance, which the executive board does not appreciate.
