Online interview with a board of interviewers (happened during covid). They were friendly and honest about the job role. Asked me a series of questions relating to genetic lines as the project was about reintroducing genetic diversity into wheat.

Would I be prepared to work outdoors in unfavourable conditions.
The interview went well. The hiring manager was friendly and chatty, she asked about what I did in my previous role and asked me to explain extensively. She also spoke about the union and how you will deal with them in the roles also about the team and how large it is.
