ENDLESS, TO MENTION A FEW 1. Pathetic management. 2. They treat employees as slaves, they expect employees to work for 8 hours 50mins excluding breaks and time taken to go for wash room. YES, WASH ROOM the wash room is away from the work stations and the time taken to go for wash room is taken as non office hours. They think we are robots and we do not need to excrete/unrinate. 3. BACKLOG- They impose the thing called back log which is the non office time you spend in office, it accumulates on daily basis for all the months and when it sums up to 4 hours your half day salary will be deducted. 4. NO CAFETERIA - You need to bring your own food. What you get here is a dining hall and mess food and pathetic tea. 5. POOR COMPENSATION - PAY IS LIKE MAKING A FOOL OF YOURSELF - its like you work like a donkey and take peanuts home. 6. NO CORPORATE CULTURE If somebody would have written a review earlier I would not have joined this company and would not waste my time. However, I have managed to escape from this JAIL. Guys please watchout for companies like these and be careful about your career.
