Its really difficult for me to think of any pros. My colleges were the only good part. Other than that you would get a cup of tea in the afternoon once. The bosses were quite moody. If they have a good mood which is rare, you'l enjoy some time. And since its a startup kinda company you will get to learn lots of things right from beginning of the project till its delivery.

Firstly the office place. It doesn't look like a office. The bosses are quite rude and never pay your salary on time. U have to beg to them for your own salary. Whereas on work front they will slog you till you complete your work and only then you are allowed to leave. No offs on Saturday or on any Indian festival day as if they are working with US based clients. Typical Gujju people just make you work and never pay on time and just crib for reasons why they cant pay. The Boss just shoots up the prices of their projects and never get any project as well.

Got to learn many things, strategies, planning, and yes its complete test bed for those who want to build themself for betterment of future, Things I learnt got me more weightage when I moved to my next job, and the experience which is important which no one can get in any stereotype companies, unlike I had in NOESIS

There are some cons in every company like timings, and all but being old developer, I have seen the changes, this year they also managed to reduce stress barriers and issues we faced by whatever they could possibly do
