      Had joined 3 years back , since then I learnt a lot, I got many extraordinary learning lessons and challenging projects, which I enjoyed a lot, For those who want to learn and evolve this company is best, you get to learn and shape your skills in many versatile areas

      You need to be ready for accepting challenges and different area of work expertise, some time you need to brace your self for completely new technology, and learn it.

      No pros as such

      Cons

      They always deduct extra buck from salary, no work life balance, 10hrs+ working no Saturday off, ask for 2 years contract and once you have signed it your life will become hell, they will collect original marksheet to make you proper slave. Slavery culture.

      I know who he is, as all current employees are working with me are still with me and no one left since after He as An Ex Partner (Hardik Patel) Left company and tried to damage the company's reputation, Broken whole team left me with one fellow employee and ran for another company's mouth watering partnership proposal to destroy my company, But by Virtue of Karma could not succeed longer and his companion who gave him offer he cannot refuse kicked him out and left with nothing, now tries again to Play Dirty. Play on Boy still you haven't learned. I dont need your recommendation. Just for an information to other people, He Resigned March 2016 and Since then whoever joined Us in NOESIS are still with us, working together.

      Got to learn many things, strategies, planning, and yes its complete test bed for those who want to build themself for betterment of future, Things I learnt got me more weightage when I moved to my next job, and the experience which is important which no one can get in any stereotype companies, unlike I had in NOESIS

      Cons

      There are some cons in every company like timings, and all but being old developer, I have seen the changes, this year they also managed to reduce stress barriers and issues we faced by whatever they could possibly do
