      Good pay Flexible schedule Minimal supervision Okay if you are in between jobs but don’t leave a full time position for this company.

      Cons

      Excessive workload Unrealistic expectations Lack of support and resources No training Management that I dealt with was two-faced and passive aggressive (towards clients and consultants) High turnover More concerned with upselling clients than producing quality work.

      Pros

      Great management, support and processes. The team support is amazing. Everyone is kind, respectful and super helpful.

      Cons

      Commute can be a pain but they recently allowed corporate employees a hybrid schedule which was a cultural game changer.
