Pros
Great training, however completely overshadowed by a global management team who keeps failing when it comes to considering their employees needs, private lives and remunerations.
Cons
No bonuses, no pay rises, no recognition other than a few words on one of the many late night calls you have to do as part of the global management team’s way of trying to cling onto their sense of worth to their employees. Over half of the company are on bonus structures which are impossible to achieve because the management team dumps any money made into other projects.
