Although a number of our roles do require extensive travel, work-life balance is always a priority and we offer flex time (in the UK) as well as generous vacation allowances in the majority of our districts to help our employees relax after time spent out on the road. In order to ensure that talent is rewarded and that managers have the tools they need to support their employees, we have implemented new performance appraisal processes as well as incentive plans for employees and have also provided all managers with leadership training from one of the most well-recognized programs in the behavioural sciences industry.
