NSPCC Response
1moThank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that elements of your time with us felt difficult. It’s important to us that staff feel supported, listened to, and able to raise concerns safely.
We are continually working to strengthen how we support our people, including supervision, reflective practice, training, and opportunities to share feedback and we recognise there is always more to do. Feedback such as this is taken seriously and helps us to reflect on what is working well and where we need to improve.
While we can’t respond to individual circumstances in detail here, we would always encourage current or former colleagues to share feedback directly where possible, so it can be explored and learned from more fully.
Thank you again for sharing your perspective. We wish you all the best for the future.
