Pros
The people who work for the NSPCC are truly inspiring. They really are so friendly, passionate and dedicated. They could not be more happy to help you when you are in need of support, and there are so many opportunities to get involved with the work of the NSPCC right across the organisation.
Cons
There is not a huge amount of development opportunities within the NSPCC. This means that the staff turnover is often fairly high. However it is fantastic experience in itself and once you have it on your CV you can go anywhere.
