Pros
Decent discounts. Pay is livable in most places. Can transfer easily most anywhere in the country.
Cons
They literally do no care about you. No paid holidays after you get out of entry level positions. That sucked to learn. Use or lose PTO program. Not allowed to take vacations the two months before you lose all your time off. Stores are open on all but three federal holidays. They absolutely value money over your health or well being.
