Pros
Decent discounts if you know how to use them. If you have a manager/shop owner who knows how to treat techs like human beings its not that bad.
Cons
Pay is based on completion speed of work orders. You will be penalized if someone else starts a work order and you are the one to finish it. If your shop is understaffed it can lead to having to work twice if you move too fast and as you are taking the car off the list they give you a new work order with more to be done to the car.
