Pros
The ability to make decent money, MOST peers are honest, hard working people.
Cons
Pay scales for commissioned sales employees were changed 4 times in my 2 years. Every time pay scale changed, upper management would rave about how much better off we were... Most employees lost money each time. Employees are docked pay for warranty jobs, even if they did not sell the original work. The company urges that this is he time to sell more services to make up for it. I personally was promised a particular number for pay raise, 3 months later was was being called a liar and then offered a lower than discussed raise. (Even though I was lying about the promised raise?)
