From my experience: - The principals are very open, professional, have high integrity, lead by example, and treat the employees with mutual respect and kindness. - The culture that they have generated is a great blend of professionalism , mutual respect, and kindness. - The benefits are excellent and the principals are very generous with regards to bonuses. - Professional development is emphasized - Quality Assurance is a top priority - I have seen the company over triple in size since I have been here due to their leadership in the industry and reputation for high quality deliverables
