Pros
Great team of people to work with, both at the corporate headquarters and at the plants. Challenging work, manager lets me work at my own pace and doesn't interfere.
Cons
Paper products not used as much any more. It's a dying industry, so odds of staying in a job like this are slim. I was eventually downsized when the company was sold.
