      Pros

      Flexibility of hours, variety of work, meeting new people, fun work atmosphere, etc. The freedom that comes with it is nice.

      Cons

      Low pay, very hard to earn a decent living. They tell you you will make $10-15 an hour and this is rarely true as you're paid per chat.
