Pros
The system is fantastic, very well designed, decent pay if you put in the work, scheduler good if your in the leaderboard, Friendly people happy to work, colleagues are always working good, due to the ability to work from the comfort of your home. It's technology at it's best!
Cons
No progression as of yet! I would like to help new needlers for other companies as I know the Neco system very well! The cons are more associated with the brand you represent as opposed to needle. I work for clothing company so it's a complex range of items.. I think the points orders should be easier and taking more series!!! I have tried to order stuff and there is always confusion to some degree, That's from my experience I Can't say for sure if point orders don't satisfy other brand advocates
