Pros

Other Mr. Appliance franchise owners are willing to help and give advice whenever they can.

Cons

Excessive charges and fees to owners for things like call centers, technology that isn't stable, and marketing. They don't do any real national advertising or marketing of their brands. The company makes decisions to add services to all owners without discretion, then charging owners for those services wanted or not. The company is about generating revenue on the backs of owners versus franchise growth.
