Pros
I learned a lot during my time at Neighborly and I personally had a great team and manager. I was not micromanaged and had the creative reigns to do what I wanted, which was great for my professional development. The digital team is full of smart, amazing people that are great to work with on a daily basis, and there are big things coming for the department. Work/life balance is also great, and there are many opportunities to be promoted within the company, whether it's the same department or a different one.
Cons
Honestly, I was not a fan of the Code of Values and having to recite them. Also, It sometimes takes a while for campaigns or projects to get approval. There were times that I spent many hours putting together presentations or proposals and no actions were taken to approve them or give feedback.
