      Pros

      My manager is simply awesome. Very supportive and always there whenever needed. He speaks up for us and stands by us. The benefits provided by the company are good. The higher management is very responsive. There are many different techs that you can learn if you join Nbly. The learning curve is really good with all the new things that are happening here.

      Cons

      The work life balance is a bit off as most of the folks are in US time, so unless you get a good dev team in US, you might end up working till late.

      Pros

      Other Mr. Appliance franchise owners are willing to help and give advice whenever they can.

      Cons

      Excessive charges and fees to owners for things like call centers, technology that isn't stable, and marketing. They don't do any real national advertising or marketing of their brands. The company makes decisions to add services to all owners without discretion, then charging owners for those services wanted or not. The company is about generating revenue on the backs of owners versus franchise growth.
