Pros
Speaking of my personal thoughts on working here, I am getting to explore all the professional possibilities. Every time, there is something new coming inward. It's challenging, but that’s what I called progressive stuff. Without challenge, there won’t be any progress for sure. I am having a good time working here. No complaints so far.
Cons
I won’t say this is a con for me, but some might not be comfortable working this way – You need to have Multitasking skills. Fast-paced work culture is in practice so you will need to adapt yourself accordingly. Challenges are uncertain, you need to be ready for them at any time, and even be able to stay working for extra hours depending on project deadlines.
