Pros

-Good benefits and amount of PTO days. Frequent company-wide holidays. The work-to-life balance feels good and healthy. -Exciting changes afoot as company grows; new opportunities. -Supportive management in my department (Communications), allowing me to pursue projects independently but always available to help and direct work when requested. -Immensely pleasant people in and outside of my department. Supportive of accomplishments. -Donut Mondays.

-More efficient communication with other departments is always something to work towards.
