Pros
I came to Neogen and I was unsure of what I was walking into due to some of the reviews I saw during the research process. I have to say that I've been pleasantly surprised. Walking into an area of the company that is still considered an emerging market has not been easy to say the least. The payoff for me has been watching my division grow and flourish and building strong bonds with my customers. I have a small team but an excellent team that believes in the value that each of us brings to the table. I've been with a lot of start ups, that is my main background- and most of them did not value input. You didn't have a voice. Neogen is a large company and I have never felt more heard. Yes it is hard work but my team has my back when I need assistance. My manager is amazing and takes the time to talk with me and hear my ideas, I am thankful everyday that I have him as a resource. If you believe in hard work and building something together, Neogen is the place for you. Lone Wolf mentality won't go far at Neogen as we are expected to contribute and work together. If you ever think you can't make a difference at a large company like Neogen remember this- people that want to make a difference have to be in place before a difference can be made. I challenge you to come and make a difference here.

Communication could be better but it's improving Company has a history of lower salaries but has been re-evaluating Many outdated processes and software but this is being updated
