Pros
Work life balance was good in that there were no consequences for missing timelines so you didn't need to bother with overtime or homework.
Cons
1. The pay is far below market, even for Michigan. It almost impossible not to get better pay elsewhere. 2. Management plays favorites and if you're not on the hot list you're treated like livestock. 3. The company is very cheap, and will shoot themselves in the foot to save a dime. 4. Corporate culture is disgusting. Backstabbers, and liars are everywhere. Everyone hides behind paperwork and bureaucracy to avoid doing their jobs.
