Cons
Many days of long hours which I am fine with - expected in a top-tier arch viz company. However, for the quality of creative work that's produced, it's not being compensated in the salary. There is a lack of value and respect for artists and there is usually no credits given to artists and those credits are given to company as a whole, which I find it degrading for artists who put countless hours of creativity and extreme hardwork and I believe they deserve to be recognized.
