      They hire very smart people. Most of the corporate office is very friendly.

      Cons

      Lack of internal support and realistic expectations. Too many managers and not enough staff.

      meeting and explaining how a pre-need cremation plan makes it easier on the loved ones when you pass away

      leads were difficult and alot of traveling to appointments
