Pros
Great place to learn various types of manufacturing processes and managerial skills. Neptune has some very talented people that work there. For the most part they are willing to help and teach new employees about the business and product.
Cons
Pay structure is set in stone and the raises are annual unless company is in a wage freeze which they were for one year while I was there. If you are really good at what you do and work very hard you are only going to get 2.5% to 3% raise. And unless you get in with a great starting salary it can take a very long time to make real money as a young professional. I got a 25% pay increase when I chose to leave Neptune.
