Pros
Neptune truly cares about their employees as individuals . They take pride in insuring the health and wellness of all employees . The benefits are limitless, 401K, health insurance , on-site doctor with little to no copays. They have family weekends for the floor to insure they get family time outside of work days. Neptune strives to make sure each employee is trained and comfortable in their position.
Cons
The only con would be that this company strives to be the absolute best in the industry which can drive over-time and more stress than a normal desk job. But nobody ever complains about extra money ! This job is fast paced and requires a lot of multi-tasking.
