Pros
A company that puts themselves 3rd behind the client and it's employees. Net Friends has been the best professional decision I have made. Being with this company has allowed my technical skills to grow exponentially. They provide their employees with the tools they need to not just assist the client, but also to help you grow professionally. I have never been involved with a company where management is actually concerned with the well-being of their employees. Yes, lunches have been taken away but that is a small price to pay for the continued growth and expansion of Net Friends. What hasn't been mentioned is all the other outings and group activities that are provided like escape rooms, movie nights, baseball games, and many other things including volunteer options to help the community! I, personally, am looking forward to many more years with this company!
Cons
Admittedly, Net Friends can be a tough place to work. That's mainly due to the many challenges and learning opportunities we are presented with on a daily balance. Their growth plan for their employees is such that they allow you to create your own growth path (with their guidance) so that if you do not succeed, you ultimately only have yourself to blame.
