      Cons

      Smaller company with ambitions means that things can often change. If you don't do well in an evolving environment then this isn't the place for you. Work is rarely "9-5" Mileage and phone reimbursements are just OK 401k match is not very high

      Pros

      - Amazing Leader at the helm. CEO is very personable, passionate and an awesome person to work with. - Salary was competitive for the role/region.

      Cons

      Some of the companies they onboard don’t really have a culture fit. People with impossible views or needs technologically. Culture fit should definitely be tied somehow into the assessments, or if it is already, needs to updated. Your techs know who these companies are.
