ELT & "C" level management point to the economy for reasons why promotions arent happening and raises are being pushed back to later in the year... a few days later, they are announcing the reorganization of other departments that already are new to the organization. Must be nice to be new and not know anything about the company and just have money thrown your way for no reason.
