Management culture is very comfortable, even family-like. Everyone from executive level management to to direct managers take a personal interest in your success and work to facilitate your growth. If you are the type of employee who takes pride in pushing yourself to exceed expectations, this is an ideal environment. Like all contract based consulting companies you have to look out for yourself. Not much PTO, and no sick leave--not competitive compared to other companies. Performance review frequency/structure is not clearly defined, or not to me anyway.
