Pros

Approaching management is easy. Vision of CEO is great which drops down to upper management and further flows down each employee

Cons

There are hardly any negative things.

Pros

Many of the people are kind.

Cons

NetCom is the biggest mess I have ever witnessed in my career. The CEO is positively WILD in his constant pivoting from one idea to the next, none of which is thought out with care or deep strategy. He just hears an idea, thinks it sounds "cool" and immediately expects others to execute. How his middle management hasn't all quit on him long ago, I do not know. Second, the CEO has surrounded himself with people he has just randomly decided are great at their jobs, while meanwhile, they aren't even sub-par. While the company brags to its customers that it will help them to become experts in AI and other tech areas, he has them tracking metrics and data on Word Docs. It's insane. When a sales exec loses a big opportunity because the company screwed it up, they get treated like, "oh well." The marketing department MIGHT have been impressive 30 years ago. If you are thinking about taking a job here, RUN the other direction. LC's are dropping like flies and from what I am hearing, the bleeding has not stopped.
