- You work at your own pace - Sells, HR teams always try to have a project for you to work on - All team is supportive and kindness and friendship is fostered - They support learning and provide bonus for completing learning courses or completing at least 20 hours of learning per month - They provide bonus for good KPIs every month - All admin personal is reachable and if you're transparent and honest with them your opinion and personal goals are always considered
Cons
- Probably rates are average or below average in the region for some roles - I don't think this is fully a cons but the company tracking app is required to work (this is mainly for billing, communicative and administrative purposes)
