Pros

I would only take a job there until I find a place where I have a chance to grow and be respected. I would never project myself in the medium term with these people... it's clear that they don't and won't do it with you either.

Cons

It's an uncomfortable environment, both with work and with customers. Nothing was good. The management is hypocritical and lies to both their employees and customers.

Pros

Remote work and flexibility are the ONLY good things here.

VERY VERY BAD SALARIES... The rate for a senior is less than 7.5 dollars. They have U.S and european clients and of course the clients pay good money. - They have a software (Made by developers of the company) to track your time and pay the tracked hours (take screenshots in a frequency) the software has A LOT of BUGS. This company has an strategy they contract traine or juniors to develop some of the projects of the clients or the tracker app. - There aren´t benefits. - They Assign you into 2 or 3 projects at the SAME TIME but you can´t make more than 40 hours per week. - They DON´T give to the developers the necessary tools, they have many mobile proyects and we should to fix or compile or release the apps in appstore but in my case I don´t have a mac and they never assigned me a mac. My recommendation is if you want to grow or get a stability avoid this company
