Pros
-Good if this will be your first networking or IT job to learn the basics before leaving for a better job -Benefits and time off are okay but not great
Cons
- Pay is not competitive whatsoever - If you learn quick and work hard, you get stuck at the same level as lazy unmotivated people but given more work. -Only time raises are offered is when a 2 weeks notice is submitted. -Almost no training at all and you'll be ineffective for months - Very little communication from management even though it is a small company. They will act like every concern is your issue or say "We're working on it" and then ignore your feedback. - A lot of fighting between departments and most issues caused by other departments are typically expected to be handled by the Network department. -As of this time almost all helpful and informative employees have gotten frustrated and left for jobs paying double or triple what NetWolves offers - Management is not technically minded and constantly underestimates the amount of resources required for new services - Far too much gossip.
