Pros

This was a great way to get my foot into the door. If you're hungry to work in IT, this is the place to start.

Cons

If you get complacent, you could get stuck working support for cheap. Make sure to upskill, whether you intend to stay at Vaso/Netwolves or move to another company.

Pros

- Gets your foot in the door in I.T - Lowest tier of healthcare plan fully payed for by company - SOME management on the NOC side is cool (supervisor down, even then the supervisor flip-flops on a weekly basis on procedures, processes and things employees can and can't do)

Cons

- Everything else, abysmal leadership, Will try to undercut you and pay you below market wages from Tier 1 all the way to Supervisor level. They exploit people who genuinely care about the company and when they finally have enough and leave the boneheaded managers / "executives" (they couldn't manage a functioning business if they tried) act surprised like they have no idea why people leave (hint: it's the lack of pay and growth opportunities within your organization.) My advice to management is to quit, You all have been in your roles far too long and have nothing to show for it, And pay your employees ATLEAST market value if you want them to stay. If you had people who weren't completely inept at their jobs they'd realize the turn over and constant rehiring / training new employees is more costly then just paying the people that are already there a decent wage, not to mention every new hire training you take away the supervisors and team leads from their actual duties to "train".
