      Great if you're really desperate for a tech job. - Support Agent Netfor Employee Review

      Pros

      It is near a Target and a Five Guys. They also have some videogames and a popcorn machine. That is really about it. This would be an OKAY job for someone to start off with right out of school but I would recommend they find something else as soon as possible.

      Cons

      Lack of communication with senior management, terrible pay, brutal call volume, scheduling issues, parking problems, and no viable long term career prospects.

      Great opportunities to move up and learn a lot of different tech skills.

      Cons

      Can get overwhelming since this is a BPO and you may work for several companies at once.

      Monday - Friday no weekends

      Cons

      Same boring job over and over. They have one person who trains and if you dont get it. You are left to figure it out for yourself. No room for advancements.
