Pros
Insurance is decent, free food sometimes but you sacrifice your break
Cons
No work/life balance, Huge projects dropped on you last second, Upper management threatens you with being fired for every odd things like moving a computer monitor or using emojis on tickets, most of the management is family so there’s no real growth, they expect the most out you for less, micro management, working weekends and with no overtime whatsoever. Very little training and growth opportunities here.
