Netlink Voice interview questions

Interview went well, in my opinion. I have years of experience. Never heard anything back even after I initiated a follow-up. Would have loved to work there, as I felt like I had a lot to contribute. Ican only assume they did not feel the same?

The interview was okay, even though it started 30 minutes late. I thought it went smoothly, and the owner told me the recruiter would contact me later that week for a second interview. I was excited. I sent a thank-you email to the owner, but got no response. I sent a follow-up email to the recruiter, and he said they were still working on setting up the second interview. I was like, "Okay, cool." Another week passed, and still the same story. I waited another week, and the recruiter ghosted me. No email, no messages, nothing.
