1. Late sitting if project is complex and need more time. 2. Less salary 3. Slow It and networking team response 4. There are some non-technical manager(if you work with them You do not need to go to Hell). 5. No work life balance 6. No events happens or part taken by higher management. 7. HR section is dumb
