    Pros

The true measure of any company is in its people. Network Ninja is filled with friendly, talented, hardworking people, making it a joy to work here. Everyone has a "team-first" mentality, so there's always help available when you need it. Management also makes sure to recognize individuals for their great work. Working remotely is another huge plus. I have two young children at home, and my spouse works full time as well, so flexibility is very important to me. In summary, Network Ninja well established, well run, and populated by people passionate about what they do. Software companies can sometimes be cold and impersonal, but I've found the exact opposite here - and I plan to stay for a long, long time.

    Cons

Everyone is super busy because the company is growing.

    An Outstanding Team Environment!

    Pros

Team meetings are very collaborative, everyone should be contributing. This also leaves room for an individual to be creative and come up with new ideas to then share/demo with the team. Flexible work schedules and work locations have allowed them to attract top talent all over the map. The developers are extremely talented, and it is rare for software operation teams to have such close contact with these developers. Its allows developers to set expectation better for timelines and listen to feedback from users, which in the end makes both employees and clients more happy.

    Cons

Not a lot to put, but you will need to be very self-motivated. The team is always there for help but, giving the space to create new ideas and explore new options also takes discpline to stay on track.

    Pros

    - Working remote really allows for a great work/life balance - Coworkers are dedicated and actually care when it comes to training employees, especially in terms of more junior level employees - Ive found the relatively small team sizes to be favorable, there is opportunity for collaboration and your input to be heard - Expectations are made apparent, and are reasonable - Coworkers are friendly and eager to help - Mac over Windows - Management is fantastic. They are knowledgable, communicate well, and really put a lot of confidence in their employees which I have always respected

    Cons

Its hard to think of any
