      Pros

Network Ninja is a company with a long, proven track record that is constantly growing & improving. The majority of clients served by this company are helping people in various needs of assistance in difficult times & situations. Being able to work somewhere that has such a large impact on the world in a truly positive way is immeasurable when it comes to job satisfaction. As a result the employees that work here are inspiring & dedicated people that have been a pleasure to work & grow with over the years. The company is very stable which allows for many opportunities for growth & the chance to impact change in small to large ways. Coming from working for large corporations in the past, the opportunity to work in a stable environment that encourages & rewards forward thinking, proactive improvements & new ideas has been transformational personally & professionally. I cannot overstate how profound it has been to work for a company that does not treat you like just another resource that can be replaced at any time but instead like a valued member of their team. That value is expressed through gratitude, respect, flexibility, trust, and compensation equal with your contribution.

      Cons

The 3 products are fairly siloed & knowledge/expertise is not effectively shared across the company enough. There are many efforts beginning over the past year to really start to tackle this & I look forward to seeing how much better that can make the company as a whole in the future. There are too many smart & innovative people here that don't have their influence felt company wide instead of just the product they work on.

        Pros

        - Leadership really cares about their employees and really wants to set everyone up for success. - Company is entirely remote which gives a great amount of flexibility. - Excellent culture. Seriously, top notch. Everyone looks to help out everyone else, and there is absolutely zero interoffice politics. Everyone has a common goal, and if anyone needs help there is always someone willing to jump in to assist. - The team I am on is excellent in terms of time management. Work is usually very clearly defined and well planned. - The different product teams here really take their missions seriously, and you really feel like you're working to help the clients and the people they serve.

        Cons

I don't really have any, I feel pretty fortunate to be part of a great team.

          Pros

I work for the Collaborate Product Team. I've had a very positive experience at Network Ninja. I find the work to be very rewarding. We provide cost-effective and high quality services to non-profit organizations. I work in a job that closely aligns with my personal values. Our team is small, agile and tight-knit. I have absolutely great co-workers. Management is supportive, flexible, and results-oriented. The company offers good flexibility in their WFH policies. Our team is filled with people with very diverse lifestyles. Company does protect the work-life balance of its employees, and there is no expectation of working overtime or on weekends for my position. There are high expectations for performance. It's tough at times, but it's fair. One benefit is that everyone on the team pulls their weight. I also feel supported by the company as I grew into opportunities that were outside of my comfort zone. Overall, we have a lot of great clients that we develop relationships with.

          Cons

The Collaborate team works with many organizations that serve child victims of crime. It can be emotionally heavy work.

        Operations Manager

I’m currently interviewing at 2 companies. I’m in the final round for Company A, and probably have another 2-3 interviews for Company B I’m more interested in the role at Company B. How can I leverage Company A to hopefully have Company B expedite their hiring process?

Is anyone familiar with organizations that use the interview process to assign candidates strategic work or business cases just to get free consulting with no intention on hiring them? How often does this happen? Have you been a part of this type of thing before? What are some signs you can give candidates to ensure we dont get taken advantage of?

Tokenism and future interviews - how can one avoid it? Interviewed for a Telecom position,at end of interview the Manager says, this is not my position, I am interviewing for another manager. Got a rejection from HR. Asked for feedback, they said No Negative feedback affected your candidacy. We had an overwhelming number of well-qualified candidates and had to make some tough decisions. Note: I have worked for this company for 14+ years in the past, done that job, and am more than qualified.
