Pros
401K match is amazing. Pay was competitive. I had no prior data center experience so I was able to teach myself by working on this network. I had one paid training class in the 3 years of employment. No real support and almost no communication from government or company "management". This is a good 3 year learning experience, then start looking and move on. A very well established "clic".
Cons
My company tech lead was disgruntled so he took it out on those he had to work with. My FM was his bud, so that worked well. Watch out for the government employees. As a contractor you will make more money than they do and they will let you know how they do not like this fact. They cannot be fired, so there is some real dead weight. Just navigate it as best you can. Never saw an email from the CEO, so I am not sure how he can be rated so highly. A very well established "clic" environment.
