There are the protected people who you cannot challenge, people placed in management positions that are not qualified (lack of degrees or experience for those positions), company ignored existing clients to allocate resources to new leads, sexist environment, employees are underplayed unless you are the "protected", management will push their responsibilities onto you, the company will not hire new employees because they do not have "resourcing" need but people continue to leave and management will not hire new people to replace the old and instead push those duties onto existing employees increasing their workloads, if working on an implementation project will work long hours, very high turnover rate.
