      There are really good people and a great culture they can build with.

      Cons

      They cannot get anything done without great pain or a great deal of time. There's too many "decision" makers.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment, work from home, budget to travel, allows for customer meetings without hesitation. Heard it was a good culture at the time of hire.

      Cons

      When I joined my brand N15 had a good reputation in the market and before I left I tried to hide that they own us because of negative perception in the market. Our brand CEO also never mentioned them and said we were on an island of our own.
