      Pay could be a little higher, but it's not a terribly large company so what can you expect.

      Pros

      Small, diverse, and tight-knit company that manages to achieve a lot. The people who work there are more than friendly and the work environment makes it feel like you're a part of a giant family.

      Cons

      Would have liked to seen more mentorship. Small company and busy schedules meant that it was hard to find guidance from others.
