      Buyer Beware, Not Everything Is As It Seems.

      Pros

      Freedom to "recommend" solutions, and managers will listen to advice as well as feedback. The tech they sell seems like would be helpful in post-pandemic world.

      Cons

      Poor management structure, lack of best practice guidance and modern business practices. Small Mom & Pop shop mentality seems very difficult to overcome for this company.

      Environment is bad lead but the dictator CEO and morale is bad - canceled bonuses and lots of yelling and blaming
