8yThe time you took to write this review is greatly appreciated! As you know, right around the time your review we had gone through a company reorganization. We certainly had accountability issues, and through the reorg, we now have and are continuing to develop more structure and accountability.
In addition, as you also know, there was a shift and reorg of the overall Client Success team. We have put in more checks, balances, and structure to the department to increase the happiness of our clients, as well as our Client Success team members.
